Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 23, 2026  •  Last Updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Inevitable Leads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Free Case Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the freecasesolutions.com website and our case-review, matching, and referral services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the website or submitting any information to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What We Are — and What We Are Not

Important Free Case Solutions is NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions of any kind. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Free Case Solutions at any point.

Free Case Solutions operates a lead-generation, advertising, and attorney-matching service. We collect information from individuals who believe they have been injured in accidents and connect those individuals with independent, licensed attorneys who may wish to evaluate their potential case. This website is a paid advertisement for legal services provided by third-party attorneys.

Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly and exclusively between you and the attorney you choose to work with, not with us. Fee arrangements, the scope of legal representation, and all other terms are established between you and your attorney through a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is higher
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate, current, and truthful information
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

If you are submitting information on behalf of another person, you represent that you have that person's authorization to do so.

3. The Case-Review Process

When you complete our case-review quiz, we evaluate your responses against general criteria provided by attorneys in our network and share your information with one or more of those attorneys. The "qualification" result you see on our website is not a legal determination. It is a preliminary matching outcome based on a simple ruleset. Only a licensed attorney, after a full case review, can determine whether you have a viable legal claim.

By submitting your information, you understand and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee that any attorney will accept, review, take on, or pursue your case
  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome, settlement amount, or financial recovery
  • Past results of attorneys in our network do not guarantee similar results in your case
  • Each case depends on its own facts, laws, and circumstances
  • Statistics referenced on our website are from independent third-party sources and represent averages, not promises
  • Attorneys in our network operate independently and are not our employees, agents, partners, or representatives
  • We do not supervise, control, or take responsibility for the conduct, competence, or advice of any attorney in our network

4. Communications Consent (TCPA)

When you check the consent box on our form, you provide prior express written consent for Free Case Solutions and one or more independent, licensed attorneys or their agents to contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS or MMS text messages, regarding your potential legal case — even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke this consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message
  • Replying HELP for help
  • Asking a caller to add your number to their internal Do-Not-Call list
  • Emailing us at [email protected]

We will honor revocation within ten (10) business days as required by the Federal Communications Commission. Revocation with Free Case Solutions does not automatically revoke consent separately given to an attorney, particularly after an attorney-client relationship has been formed.

5. Attorney Advertising Disclosures

This website constitutes attorney advertising under the rules of most state bars. Specifically:

  • Free Case Solutions is a lead-generator and is not a certified or approved lawyer-referral service under any state bar's specific referral-service rules unless explicitly stated
  • Attorneys in our network pay us a fee for the connection; this arrangement may affect which attorneys you are matched with
  • No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other attorneys
  • We do not endorse or recommend any specific attorney as the best qualified for your matter

Georgia residents: Georgia imposes a two-year statute of limitations on personal injury claims (O.C.G.A. § 9-3-33). This is general information, not legal advice; consult a licensed attorney about how the law applies to your situation.

6. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website — including text, statistics, "qualification" outcomes, blog posts, or responses to your form — is legal advice. We are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Do not act on any information presented on this website without first speaking to a licensed attorney.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Submit information on behalf of another person without their authorization
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any unlawful act
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect information from the Services
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and software — is the property of Inevitable Leads LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Free Case Solutions" and related marks are trademarks of Inevitable Leads LLC. You may not use any of our marks without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your interactions with any third party, including attorneys, are solely between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inevitable Leads LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the website is accurate, complete, or current. We do not warrant the qualifications, conduct, advice, or outcomes of any attorney in our network.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Inevitable Leads LLC or its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Services, any attorney matched through the Services, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inevitable Leads LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (d) any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you submit.

13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please Read Carefully — This Section Affects Your Legal Rights This section contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. By accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration instead of in court.

Informal resolution

Before starting an arbitration, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Inevitable Leads LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or (at your election) by telephone or video. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class-action waiver

You and Inevitable Leads LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

Opt-out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Notices. Notices to you may be provided by email or by posting on the website. Notices to us should be sent to the address in Section 18.
