Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 23, 2026 • Last Updated: April 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inevitable Leads LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Free Case Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information you provide when you use our website, submit our case review form, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Free Case Solutions is a lead-generation and attorney-matching service operated by Inevitable Leads LLC. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent you in any legal matter. Our role is limited to collecting information from individuals who believe they may have been injured and connecting those individuals with independent, licensed attorneys who may evaluate their potential case.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you complete our case review quiz or contact form, you voluntarily provide us with the following information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- State and ZIP/postal code
- Details about your accident, injuries, and medical treatment
- Whether you are currently represented by an attorney
- The date of the incident
- Any free-text description you choose to share
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate geolocation
- Device and browser type
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site
- Referring URL and marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags,
fbclid, gclid, and similar) - Meta (Facebook) Pixel data (
_fbc,_fbpcookies) and Google Analytics or similar identifiers - TrustedForm session certificates, which record a non-invasive replay of your interaction with the form for consent-verification purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate whether your situation potentially matches the criteria of attorneys in our network
- Share your information with one or more independent, licensed attorneys (or their intake agents) who may contact you about your potential case
- Contact you by phone, SMS text message, or email regarding your submission
- Improve our website, marketing, and matching process
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How We Share Your Information
With attorneys in our network
The primary purpose of our service is to share your information with independent, licensed attorneys who may evaluate and take on your case. When you submit our form, we share the information you provided (name, contact details, incident details, responses to quiz questions) with one or more attorneys or their authorized intake staff. These attorneys operate independently of Free Case Solutions; once your information is shared with them, their use of that information is governed by their own privacy practices.
With service providers
We share information with vendors who help us operate our business, including:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) — our CRM, form processor, and workflow automation platform
- ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) — captures consent certificates for TCPA compliance
- Meta Platforms and Google — advertising, analytics, and conversion measurement
- Email and SMS service providers — to deliver communications you have consented to receive
- Hosting, security, and analytics providers
For legal reasons
We may share information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Inevitable Leads LLC, our users, or others.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but our business model involves sharing it
We do not auction or broker your personal information to unrelated third parties. However, the core function of our service is to share the information you submit with attorneys who may pay us a fee. Depending on your state of residence, this may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws. See Section 8 below for your state-specific rights.
5. Communications Consent (TCPA)
When you check the consent box and submit our form, you give prior express written consent for Free Case Solutions and one or more independent attorneys or their agents to contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS or MMS text messages, regarding your potential legal case — even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us or an attorney in our network
- Replying HELP to any text message for assistance
- Emailing us at the address in Section 11 with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line
- Asking any caller to add your number to their internal Do-Not-Call list
We will honor your revocation within ten (10) business days of receipt, in accordance with applicable FCC rules. Note that revocation of consent with Free Case Solutions does not automatically revoke consent you may have given to an attorney once they have become your legal counsel.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure advertising performance, and analyze traffic. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of our site may not work properly.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by supported browsers as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under applicable state law.
7. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to provide our services and for legitimate business, legal, tax, and compliance purposes. In most cases this means we retain case-inquiry data for at least five (5) years from the date of submission, consistent with retention obligations under the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule and applicable state bar recordkeeping guidance. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 8.
8. Your Privacy Rights
